OMG! I’m beyond thrilled to share practice with the yogis of Denver! Not only is this my first official weekend of workshops in the USA but also happens to be in one of my most favorite states— Colorado! How great to be at the Iyengar Yoga Center of Denver for some fun “play-shops” and I’m sure I will extend my visit my stay and explore the great rocky mountains!
