Balance, posture and coordination of movement play a vital role to feel physically stable in our practice. Yoga practice might be driven by a desire to be more flexible. Yet, if we cannot control our ranges of motion then becoming overly flexible can lead to injury.
In this special class the practice will focus on controlling independent joint mobility so that interdependent movements in yoga asanas are more stable. Building strength boosts self-confidence and can bring stability to the emotional body.
Expect to also explore your core and much more!
This class will be held live online via Zoom, Pacific Standard Time.
This is appropriate for all levels, geared toward those who have at least 6 months experience.
